will disappear, in marin, some roads as well. >> yes. we're live in marin city with the story. hi, heather. >> hi, dan. we're along highway 1. at highway 101 this morning. this intersection was completely submerged with high tide at 9:45 but as tides do it went back out. with extreme low tide, expected just about a half hour from now. >> the highway one stintson beach exit was closed. and it was up to individual bikers to decide whether to risk the water logged bay trail. water levels rose dangerously high on cars left at the park and ride under 101. there used to water creeping up and back here, but this is higher than the usual high. king tides happen once a month when the sun and moon pulls are lined but these high tides are the highest of the year. the king tide coincide was big winter storms. water levels in some areas will be 10 feet above normal. they do recede quickly. with extreme low tides as well. sebastian figures his trees will not float away. he's looked up high tide predictions and planning accordingly. >> trees are still a foot above the water. i'm from holland and i know about wa

and traffic does look good getting on to the high-rise and the frost foster city area. and it's a nice drive. >>> breezy warm for some, already a 21 mind wins. there is a big difference on the lows and coast and bay look fabulous and he said receive, no doubt about it and some rain returns. cold air holds a lot of moisture and our system will make a "b" line towards us by next week and cold is the bigger story than any rain so most of tuesday as well. temperatures a almost the coast, we have to deal with some cold meetings, santa rosa is reporting lows and low 50s in mountain view and everything will start moving in and breaking down that high ridge of pressure. we have a dry pattern until wednesday and mild to warm today and some of the waters team to yours will be the 70s. breezy at times 60s for some. brentwood downtown oakland 70, 65 berkeley will be night and warm cupertino and a half moon bay as well, things start to cool down tuesday and cold arrives on wednesday with morning rain. cold air will settle in thursday and friday and it looks like more unsettled weather by the weekend. >>

mcafee is staying in guatemala city, that building there. he's up on the third floor. that's really not a jail. it's a detention for illegal immigrants. they get a lot of them trying to get through to mexico and then north america. it was here this afternoon where john mcafee suffered whatever the illness was that he had. he was rushed from here in an ambulance and taken to a nearby police hospital where he was checked out for several hours. we went over. there the authorities said really it looked like he was suffering from stress and maybe was also suffering chest pains. his attorney says it was a minor heart attack. either way, he was released a couple hours later and brought back here. now the question is what happens next. we already know the president of guatemala denied asylum for john mcafee. it's possible his legal team could try for a stay or go to the supreme court, or it's possible he is headed back to belize where authority also wait for him. >>> a northern california man is being held without bail for allegedly holding his ex-wife prisoner in his attic. the victim says
